I use this for outdoor portraits. It is a must-have! I generally use the gold side for the warm lighting to fill in shadows on the face. It is super light and easy to hold with one hand (as long as it isn't windy!!) It has a nice strap to put around your wrist. It took me a little while to figrue out how to fold it back up, but once I got it, I am good to go.

I recently acquired this nice product to help out shooting portraits and assisting in "available light shooting". Comes with a very handy bag and is made of durable material. Sunlight has a beautiful color and good intensive light. The white side does provide good and soft light as well. I would recommend this product .The size is appropriate for most use, might be small for group portraits.

I use the reflector for indoor (studio) and outdoor shots where I need to bring a bit more light to fill-in shadows. I use the gold side to create a warming effect. It folds-up fairly easily and is well-made.

I have used the reflector in a lot of my portrait shoots, and it is great bringing light to the eyes. It is perfect size, definitely not too small. It's good for group shots as well.

I've been happy with this reflector. The metal that holds the reflector is wide and seems sturdy; that was a pleasant surprise. Color looks great as well.

I had no problem folding this up. It's similar to some car sunscreens.

I love this reflector! It's sturdy, and it's easy to put away in it's case. I love the double sided versatility, I definitely was surprised by how nice the product is, considering it's only [$]!

I had gotten the smaller size which works well for 1-2 people's faces. needed something a bit larger - this works really well & is still a managable size. the next size up gets a little big on location when you're moving around

This reflector is great. It is lightweight and just pops open when you remove it from the travel case. One side is white, one side is "sunlight". The folding directions were a bit confusing and it took me a few times to master the process but now it is very easy.

I got this product about 2 weeks ago and I've used about 3 times since then and have been pleased with every use thus far. The white side, I wish was a little more reflective but still does a fantastic job. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a reflector, Price really isn't that bad. At first I thought it was going to be too big but now that I'm use to it, it's the perfect size.

I use the reflector in situations where I need more light on the face, and it does not disappoint. Having two different sides is very convenient, as the gold side is a bit too bright in some situations. I don't know how I ever survived without this--now I never leave home without it. The only disadvantage is that it is very helpful to have someone else hold it for you, but that is just the nature of the product.

For some reason I was expecting two reflectors instead of just one. But it's only one - there is a white side and a sunlight side. Not a big deal, just my oversight. Also, the reflector is HUGE! I didn't realize how big 38'' I guess. It will be great to work with I'm sure because it will cover more area, but because of it's size it will need to used with a stand or an assistant. I haven't had the opportunity to use this item yet, but overall am satisfied and can't wait to try it out!

I ordered this to use mostly for outdoor portraits (weddings/seniors/kids) and it works great. A white reflector is a "must-have" in my books, it's an easy fix to get even a touch more light in areas that need it. Also works great for white balance! The "sunlight" on this reflector is wonderful, I've only worked with a straight "gold" before this reflector, and the "sunlight" adds a nice subtle warmness. Also, this reflector is very travel-friendly. It has been a perfect addition to all my gear.

I bought this reflector to shoot a friend outdoors. It was very helpful, very easy to open and close, the gold side reflected the light extremely well and the tone was perfet for my subject. I haven´t used the white side yet but it seems just fine. The gold side is great to throw light into the subject when it is on a shaded area. A friend can do this very easily and everyone loves to help you doing this

This product is perfect. The size when folded in its own zippered bag is very compact and easy to carry. Once open, the size is ideal for bouncing light either from the soft white side or from the gold foil side depending on the desired effect. The white side also serves perfectly as the subject to set the cameras' white-balance.
It's easy to fold, light weight and durable.
Every videographer, photographer and gaffer would be wise to have at least one of these on hand for both outdoor and indoor work. I consider this a critical piece of my equipment on every shoot.
