Zacuto Z-LTE-D Z-Lite Double
The Zacuto Z-LTE-D Z-Lite Double is a 7 lbs counterbalance weight for camera packages that are slightly front heavy. It slides onto 15mm rods and offers a lever device for mounting and removal. The Z-Lite Double is stainless steel with rubber o-rings to prevent hard contacts and is great for DSLR packages.

the issue here is that 500g camera and lens is transformed into 7+ kg when attached to the crossfire + shoulder rig with double weight for counter balance, which then needs to be lugged around. the first time I set this up I was able to keep it on my shoulder for around 20min before feeling pain. hello posture problems. It's best to look a light weight mono or tri pod rather than fork out for the cost of all the Zacuto gear which makes you as a camera man heavy and awkward.
Also the lock off mech cant hold the weight extended away from the centre in most cases it just flipped down
