Porta Brace AR-LB Audio Recorder Case
The Porta Brace AR-LB Audio Recorder Case (Signature Blue) is a 1000 denier Cordura nylon modular case, which can be ganged with other Porta Brace MXC mixer cases. They can also be connected to any of the Porta Brace RM series modular radio microphone cases. The modular design gives the flexibility to change the combination of equipment that each job demands. The case is padded and custom fitted, providing access to switches, cables, batteries, and other important controls while protecting the gear from rain, snow, dust and other damaging forces. A detachable RM-Multi/D case is included. The case is carried by a removable, adjustable suede leather-covered shoulder strap with pad.

The case supplied for the LB by Nagra is top notch, but not as flexible in terms of storage as it could be. Porta Brace is the class act among professional cases and the AR-LB case is another example of the company's peerless production values. This is my fourth Porta Brace case and I'm very satisfied. When it comes down to making changes, however, perhaps the Porta Brace people could supply a larger exterior storage case for cables, mikes,spare batteries, etc. Yes, that's possible by purchasing exterior pouches, but it just seems like such a quality case needs a little more storage space with the basic case.
