This product lives up to all my expectations. I utilize all the features, stereo output, full size monitor, keyboard, mouse, and network access. I was sceptical at first that the unit could handle hulu streaming video on the extra monitor and still work with other programs but I am very pleased. One usb cable to laptop and my desk is clear of all the cables.

The setup was easy and straightforward. Since a docking station was not available for my model laptop this was next best try. I wanted an office setup so only one connection would be necessary to connect the laptop.
I started with just the input devices and it worked great. Next added internet. Still going strong. Then I added the vga connection, it all bogged down. I removed the internet and it was some better but still noticably slower. I guess the usb 2.0 can't handle it all. Maybe a usb 3.0 connection to the laptop would solve the problem. My solution was to leave the internet connected and plug in the vga cable to the laptop. I got nearly perfect results that way.

I've installed this product on other people's dimes and finally decided to get one for myself. Works GREAT! I found it helps to install all peripherals once on the laptop directly and then use the docking station. I've had to download video drivers on a few occasions, and I find it helpful to have a second AC adapter to plug in the laptop where the docking station is.
Other tips: Set laptop to do nothing when the lid is closed and then close the lid during operation - if the lid is open, the image on the monitor attached to the docking station will be mis-sized.
I like that it works with all Windows platforms and laptops with USB ports. I wish it could charge the laptop, but until they build a laptop that charges thru its USB ports we will just have to plug in the AC adapter to the laptop (hence having a second AC adapter...).

Well, it should be plug and play - but - I have an older operating system. Vista did not play well with the set-up. After install it kept giving me error messages regarding my video card and drivers. Had to uninstall, check Toshiba support site, reinstall, and then install multiple updates from the Toshiba support site. Finally up and running, took over 4 hrs. Very frustrating. I am not looking forward to what happens when I upgrade my OS to Windows7. But,all that said, it works fine now and has just what I needed in a docking station, with enough ports for all my peripherals. Now my laptop is easily portable.

I tried to set up the docking stations. It has caused problems with my screen, have not been able to integrate it successfully. Too time consuming for me to figure out, so there it sits on my desk, unused.

Rather disappointed in this product....though it has two video outputs, it can only use one at a time (as far as I can tell). I don't understand why it can't display video out both the DVI and VGA simultaneously. If you're looking to hook up only one monitor then I guess it would be ok. All other functions seem to work alright, except that it does not allow it to undock while running.

Technical user - bought 2 of these, one for a Windows 7 Sony Vaio setup for my husband's desk, and one for a Macbook Pro setup on my desk.

Pros: Nice build quality, good for keeping all your cables tidy etc.

Cons: For the Sony Vaio (Windows 7), there is a delay when using websites - the cursor is slow to follow your actions. Also, when you un-dock and re-dock your laptop, you always have to re-set your resolution - annoying!

Cons for the MAC: Though not specifically marketed for MACs, you can download drivers from Dynalink so that you can use the Dynadock with a MAC. Seemed to work OK at first, but then started doing loud beeping noises.

End result: We kept one (for the Windows 7 laptop) and returned the 2nd one.

This docking station works great! I have a printer, wireless mouse and keyboard and 2 monitors hooked up to a single laptop. Provides the extra ports and ability to unplug and go!

Basically a plug and play, easy to install. However, the built-in graphics card for the monitor is not great or smooth and can only be recommended for surfing the net and not gaming or graphic programs such as After Affects, or Photoshop.

There is also an issue in Windows 7. If you use control E in any of your programs, the Dynadock will undock. The only fix is to remove/uninstall the Dynadock utility program which doesn't hurt how the Dynadock works. According to my research, it seems Toshiba has been unresponsive to this valid issue and frustrating problem.

Makes connecting all of my devices easy. The device responds quickly. I do wish that that unit powered two monitors that I did not have to plug one of the monitors into my laptop. Besides that Toshiba has a great product here!

I purchased the dynadock to use with my new Toshiba laptop and couldn't be happier. Instllation on Windows 7 64-bit was flawless, just load the driver, plug it in and you are ready to do. Now instead of plugging in a monitor, network, power, speakers, microphone and 3 USB cables, I just plug in the power, one USB for the Dynadock. I also just started running a 3-monitor set up with the dynadock. I have the laptop screen, a monitor plugged in the laptop and a 3rd in the dynadock.

The product is well built, doesn't take up much space on the desk and is easy to install.

Wanted a docking station for keyboard, mouse, video and network (ethernet). This does it all! I really like the "undock" feature built in so that when I'm ready to head home, simply press the button and seconds later I'm ready to pack up and go.

I'm using Windows 7 and it installed fine.

This docking station is convenient and well constructed. I did need to visit Toshiba's website for updated installation software for my Windows 7/64 bit operating system because I got a "video drivers did not install" message from the included disk. The audio and audio software included is very nice. I have six USB devices, one monitor and a speaker system plugged into it, but only one cable to disconnect and go mobile with the laptop!

Almost everything about this product is good, it works as it is described in the product listing.

I love the ability to now have three monitors connected and three different apps running, each on it's own screen.

the dock connects and disconnects flawlessly -- the audio out is decent, the network and usb connectivity is a huge plus.

I now plug in three things instead of about 10 when I choose to dock my laptop. It's also nice that it charges anything plugged into the usb ports, even when the computer is not docked.

The one major drawback, which is a laptop design issue and nothing to do with the dock is that it does not charge the laptop or include an additional AC adapter. -- Toshiba laptops do not include an actual "dock connector" -- this is more or less a port-replicator, so you will still have to plug in at a minimum the dock (usb) and seperate power to your laptop if you want it to charge.

Overall -- best product I've used, primarily because of the additional graphics card included in the dock. With the use of the dock, I have three monitors, external keyboard/mouse, two printers, scanner, external hard drive, ipod, external speakers, network cable and digital camera all connected through the dock and therefore connected to the laptop via 1 USB cable
