Comments about CablesToGo DVI-A Male to HD-15 VGA Male Analog Video Cable (3 m):
I wanted to have a second monitor on my new desktop when running an application which supported multiple displays. I wanted to use my old flat screen but it had a vga connection and my video card had two digital outputs. This cable worked great and saved me from using a clunky adapter, which I didn't have room for behind my computer.

Comments about CablesToGo DVI-A Male to HD-15 VGA Male Analog Video Cable (3 m):
Cheap, well-built, does exactly what it's meant to do. Note this is an analog DVI connector -- you can output from a laptop, for example, but many monitor inputs will not accept this connector.
