These foam tips are invaluable if you're using universal fitting in ear headphones.
They are so much more comfortable and more effective than the standard silicon or foam tips that come with most headphones. They also block out more outside noise. I use mine with a pair of Hifiman RE0 headphones.
My only gripe with these tips is that they deteriorate quite quickly if you use them a lot. They're totally worth the money though.

For some time now, I have been using my Sony MDR-EX300 in-ear earphones with my MP3 player, and have for the most part liked the sound, but after time and time again of trying to figure out whether the small or medium eartips worked best for me, I just about gave up. Then I looked up eartips on the internet and found these. Not only are they comfortable, but they improved the sound quality, mainly in the high frequency range. The sound was more crisp and clear - generally more enjoyable. And the wax-guard is the icing on the cake - it protects the ear phones from any wax buildup. Before is used these, I had to clean my eartips about once a week, but now I just take a tissue to wipe off any excess wax from the outside of the eartips after I use them. Excellent buy and I plan to buy them over and over again!
