The EX1394B3 FireWire Card for Avid Mojo from Avid is a 3-port PCI Express FireWire adapter card that can be installed in a PCI Express slot to add two IEEE1394b (FireWire 800, 9-pin) ports and one IEEE1394a (FireWire 400, 6-pin) port to your computer. This configuration provides broad compatibility with a wide range of FireWire devices, such as DV camcorders, external hard drives, and digital cameras. It features a native, single-chip, PCI Express chipset to provide faster, more reliable, and more cost-effective performance than expansion cards that use a "bridge" chip.
