I use this product on the Canon XL-H1A and I had to send back 2 of them. The design is very flimsy and fragile. Just installing the batteries may break apart this LED light. However when I finally received one that worked, it was not bad at a wedding reception. However I still believe they are more trouble than they are worth.

Best Uses
The only reason I gave this item 1 star is because I couldn't choose 0. Everyone who mentioned the flickering issue was 100% correct. It renders this light totally useless. I know you get what you pay for, but you might as well use a flashlight instead. Heed my warning!!

great for the money
I tryed to use this in weddings but i think this lamp is for kids...dimmer causes flikering, light is like 10w halogen, color filter gives a green light an quite one stop...Do you need more cons???
