The advent of high-quality, reliable visual presentation is at your fingertips with the Elmo TT-02RX Teachers Tool. This compact and portable presenter is designed specifically for educational applications with high-quality imagery reproduced by its 1.39MP CMOS sensor, 30FPS blur-free motion video, and SXGA, WXGA, XGA selectable output resolutions. The included Image Mate 2.0 software and built-in USB 2.0 interface offers video and audio recording capabilities when connected to your PC. Its lens features a 5.2x optical zoom, 8x digital zoom, and auto focus; and optimum image exposure on the (11 x 17") shooting base is achieved with its auto brightness functionality and a built-in white LED lamp. In addition, it features an SD/SDHC card slot, easy integration with microscopes, picture-in-picture display, intuitive on-board menu, and an IR remote control.
Moreover, the Elmo TT-02RX has the added benefit of increasing overall student enjoyment which can often result in higher test scores. Studies show that information can be more easily retained through the use of digital images. Also, this presenter can interface with a wide variety of displays including televisions and digital projectors, as well as being able to input directly from a laptop or PC computer.

I've had this product for a few weeks now and I don't think I could imagine teaching without it! I teach fifth grade science and literacy. For science, pairs of students are able to display their graph to the class to show what their data looked like (and then discuss the relationship). This is so useful when not all of the students tested the same variable. For literacy, I'm always showing books (especially for our non-fiction unit) and talking off of the displayed sections. My only issue is light and the clarity of the image...but that might be because I have to get used to it.

I teach Mathematics with my new Elmo TT-02RX and feel this has made my lessons so much more interesting to the students.Instead of working with one student at a time,I can show every student in the class the proceedure on how to solve the problem all at the same time. In my finance class, I am able to have the students read current event business articles off the screen. It focuses automaticly while I zoom in on certain details of the article.It certainly saves paper since I do not have to print copies for each student. I feel it is a wonderful tool.

this product has been awesome! i do so many presentations and the only way to actually show participants books, writing and photos without having to photocopy everything, use overheads and create powerpoints - is by using the elmo! it reads everything!

We use this interactively on a smartboard. I place a book on it and display the page on the smartboard where I and the students mark up the page and save our work. It's great in math, english, techie stuff and the like.
