The Plus M-12S is a standard width electronic copyboard featuring a USB port for storing data, along with on-board color printing and a total of 5 surfaces. Ideal for corporate settings, classrooms, and seminars, the M-125 provides a single useful focal point. When the lecture is over, simply print out the contents of the board, thus freeing participants from having to take notes during the session; their eyes will be squarely fixed to the task at hand.
In addition to the standard M-11S model, the M-12S comes equipped with laser printer compatibility, support for PDF, JPG, and PNG file formats, header/footer functionality and integrated software.

- The M-12S brings even greater functionality to the M series CopyBoard line. Along with increased scan speed, laser color printing to an on-board printer (printer is optional), digital storage options, and a direct to PC connection, the M-12S has 2 writing panels and a built in 61" projection screen. More writing panels keep your meetings and presentations flowing. And with the push of a button, the M-12S transforms into a projection screen, saving you space and giving your audience a single focal point.

- Perfect for the corporate boardroom, education, training, or your committee brainstorming sessions, Plus electronic whiteboards enhance meeting productivity by allowing participants to focus on the meeting rather than taking notes.
- Store Work Digitally
- With digital storage functionality, the Plus M-12S expands organization-wide communication. The M-12S allows you to store and retrieve the data from the board through either a Direct PC Connection, or by using a USB Memory Stick. Once the image data has been downloaded to your computer, you can utilize it in many useful ways, including distributing exact copies and using office applications
- Print Work On Paper
- The M-12S allows you to print the contents of the board in color or black and white using standard (compatible) inkjet or laser printers. You can utilize the printer in either the CopyBoard's wall-mounted or floor-standing configuration. Please note that the electronic whiteboard does not come with a printer. Compatible printers are widely available from retailers nationwide.
- Customize
- The functions of the M-12S can be controlled and customized though the direct PC connection by using the bundled software. You are able to choose the file format of the image downloaded. Choose from PDF, PNG, JPG, BMP and TIFF file formats. You are also able to adjust the paper size and binding margins of your print as well as add a time/date stamp.
- Integrated Software
- All of the settings and operations of the board can be easily accessed when using a connected PC. Simple "Plug & Play" recognition of the board means that the PLUS TOOLBOX menu automatically pops up on the PC screen when the PC and board are connected via a USB cable.
- Effective Security
- Many security features have been added in response to those customers who expressed a desire to keep proprietary information from being accessed when the board is used in a common room or shared space. The new security features consists of password lock, block access setting, USB key disable, along with both a printer disable and erase reminder.
