The N120 Series N120-12GW Netbook Computer from Samsung is a compact mini notebook computer, perfect for mobile use. Boasting a glossy 10.1" LED backlit widescreen display and robust stereo sound, the 2.8-pound system is a fine provider of mobile entertainment. I use my Samsung netbook mainly for internet use and for storing pictures and music. Its sleek look and light weight body make it easy to transport in my purse or bookbag. The internet is very productive however I dislike the fact that the screen has a strange resolution. I can't change my background picture to one of my choice without it skewing the image. The extended battery upholds its promise, and the hotkeys make it easy and fast to work with. I also like how the white option of color for the body is glossy.

[...] The mouse pad did not work. [...]They immediately sent me by e-mail vouches for sending the netbook to their Texas repair facility. When I asked Samsung whether I am entitled to a new netbook, not a repaired one, I was told that this is Samsung's policy. Aparently their quality control leaves something to be desired.
