Benro MA-91EX Aluminum Monopod
A professional size 4-section aluminum model, the Benro MA-91EX Monopod can officially support gear of up to 39.6 lbs (18kg) and is recommended for even the largest SLR cameras with very big telephoto lenses, such as a 300mm f/2.8 lens. It also has a foam-padded grip with a built-in wrist strap.
The MA-91EX's flip-lever leg locks are of the newest technology, and provide reliable and fast use with just a small motion necessary. Benro also has developed an aluminum tubing which is quite thin yet still strong, and this shaves about 30% off of the weight of a comparable older-technology model. The camera screw is reversible for both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 applications.

This monopod is light weight and durable and designed to hold up to a 30 pound load. Easy to carry and adjust with strong clamps, I use it as both a monopod and as a camera grip.

I've been shooting some running events and this monopod is a definite plus to have when you're moving around. The adjustment tabs are really easy to use on the fly and it's a third of the weight of a tri-pod! :-) It also stores perfectly on my Lowepro Slingshot 202! A PERFECT pair!!! Like they were made for each other!
