Audition 3 - Audio Recording, Mixing, Editing and Mastering Software

    B&H# ADA3 | Mfr# 22011292

Adobe Audition 3 from Adobe is software for recording, mixing, editing and mastering audio and contains a full feature set to achieve those ends. The software provides an all-in-one tool set for professional audio production and is perfect for the sound designer, musician, recording engineer, mastering engineer, or other audio-centric professional.

Faster multi-track editing is possible by providing "click-and-drag" fade handles on multi-track clips and in the edit view. Free-form selection in the frequency space with the Effects Paintbrush allows the user to apply effects in varying degrees to that selection. The Spot Healing Brush smooths over selected regions and automatically repair clicks, pops, and other noises.

A large selection of effects are available for all aspects of music creation and support for VSTi virtual instruments further enhances the usefulness of the software. Direct to CD burning is also provided.

  • Audio-Technica - AT2020 - Condenser Microphone

    Audio-Technica

    AT2020 - Condenser Microphone

    B&H# AUAT2020 | Mfr# AT2020

The Audio-Technica AT2020 is a cost effective studio condenser microphone intended for vocal and general instrument capturing in project and professional studio environments. The capsule features a 16mm low-mass, side-address diaphragm with a cardioid polar pattern. The cardioid pattern is effective in rejecting ambiance and noise at the off-axis sections of the microphone capsule. A linear frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz enables the flexibility to accurately reproduce signals from any source. High SPL handling and wide dynamic range allow the AT2020 to capture loud signals with minimal noise and distortion. The microphone includes a pivoting, threaded stand mount for accurate positioning.

    • Cardioid Condenser Element
The 16mm low-mass diaphragm features a cardioid polar pattern. The cardioid pattern effectively minimizes ambient room noise, noise from adjacent instruments or vocalists and minimizes feed-back caused by monitors.
    • Wide Frequency Response
The wide frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz allows accurate signal reproduction from any source.
    • Wide Dynamic Range & Transient Response
The AT2020 boasts a wide dynamic range of 124dB (typical). The capsule reproduces loud signals and transients with minimal noise and peak distortion.

    Audio-Technica

3-pin XLR Male to 3-pin XLR Female Balanced Cable - 15 ft

    B&H# AUAT831415 | Mfr# AT8314-15

Audio-Technica is a leading manufacturer of audio cables, and their 3-Pin XLR Male to 3-Pin XLR Female Balanced Cable, 15-Foot is a professional, premium-grade microphone cable perfect for all types of applications. The 2-conductor, shielded, broadcast-type cable can also be used to extend the length of an existing XLR connection. Look no further than the Audio-Technica XLR Male to XLR Female Balanced Cable for your professional audio cabling needs.

    • Balanced XLR Connectors (M/F)
At each end, XLR connectors either have three pins (M) or sockets (F) within a locking metal shell. They are commonly used in professional audio applications to connect microphones, mixers, recording equipment and other gear. On typical XLR components, pin 1 is the +signal line, pin 2 is the -signal line and pin 3 is the ground/shield. This pin combination facilitates top-quality, low-noise, balanced audio, even across long-distance cable runs.
    • Phantom Power
XLR cables are also capable of carrying DC "phantom power" to microphones on both the plus and minus signal lines. Shotgun and lavaliere microphones typically use phantom power or must use on-board batteries.
    • Shielded Ground
The 3rd pin is connected to a copper-wound shield. Wrapped around the other two wires, this shield provides both an interference-blocking barrier and a grounded connection.
    • Additional Lengths
This XLR cable is also available in additional cable lengths.
