With AppleCare Help Desk Support from Apple two designated contacts are entitled to one year of unlimited support for Apple hardware and software. The contract covers iPod, iPhone and Mac computer hardware and their respective operating systems, as well as most Apple software and tools. The plan also includes AppleCare Help Desk Tools, a regularly-updated series of diagnostic tools.
