With AppleCare Help Desk Support from Apple two designated contacts are entitled to one year of unlimited support for Apple hardware and software. The contract covers iPod, iPhone and Mac computer hardware and their respective operating systems, as well as most Apple software and tools. The plan also includes AppleCare Help Desk Tools, a regularly-updated series of diagnostic tools.

Products covered include Apple hardware such as iPhone, iPod, and Mac computers; iPhone and Mac operating systems; and most Apple tools and applications including iPhone Configuration Utility, Apple Remote Desktop, Aperture, Final Cut Express, Final Cut Studio, Final Cut Server, iLife, iWork, Logic Express, Logic Studio, QuickTime Pro, and Shake.
