Tip: Before "installing" (entering the code provided) run Microsoft update multiple times (until no updates are shown). While this prep work took a long time, when I entered the code for the upgrade,it took almost exactly 10 minutes as advertised.
Also, if you are installing on a Netbook as I did (Acer Aspire One), if you don't have the maximum memory installed already (2GB with an Atom processor) I strongly suggest doing that first, before any of the above updates.

Comments about Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium (Anytime Upgrade from Windows 7 Starter 32/64-bit):
My Asus 1001P netbook came loaded with Windows 7 Starter, which was barely OK, but not desirable. The Starter edition was sluggish on my new netbook, even after I'd added the maximum 2GB of RAM, so I feared that loading a more expansive version of the OS might slow it down even more. I tried it anyway, and found that it runs faster somehow, which was a welcome surprise. Having more control over the desktop and other Windows themes was nice also.
Windows has hit a home run with the Home Premium edition.
