The Casio XJ-S48 Super Slim projector is one of the thinnest and lightest projectors on the market today—about the size of many laptops, so it's easy to carry and set up. It's also easy to use with its wireless remote control and automatic ±30° vertical keystone correction.
Behind its 2x power zoom lens is a Texas Instruments 0.55" DLP panel that's the heart of the projection system. The DLP panel saves you time and money because it requires no filter to clean or change. And it throws out an impressive 2700 ANSI lumens, bright enough for everywhere from the classroom to the boardroom or anywhere that ambient light can be a concern.
If you like to travel super light you can leave your laptop at home. This model has a USB port and EZ-Converter software. The software converts your PowerPoint, Word, Excel and PDF files into presentations that can be run from any USB thumb drive. Just copy the files to your thumb drive and plug your thumb drive into the projector and you're ready to show and tell your story. The USB port also accepts the YW-2L wireless adapter (sold separately) that allows you to transmit a presentation to up to four other Wi-Fi capable computers.
The system's image can be reversed vertically so it can ceiling mounted by its base (mounting hardware sold separately). Slim, sleek, bright and versatile, the XJ-S48 is hard to beat.
