Mobile Edge MEUEBP Edge Netbook Backpack (ScanFast)
The Mobile Edge MEUEBP Edge Netbook Backpack (ScanFast) (Black) is designed with a protective interior compartment that adjust for a custom fit for a netbook or laptop computer with a screen up to 8.9-13.3". The backpack is made from 600 denier ballistic nylon with 1200 denier diamond ripstop nylon accents. There is a large zippered front pocket with interior pockets for accessories and a small front pocket. It also has a cell phone pouch on one of the backpack straps, an MP3 pocket and head phone pass through port, ideal for any size iPod. It is carried by a padded grab handle and heavily padded backpack straps.
This bag is a Checkpoint Friendly laptop backpack that is TSA compliant. Leave the laptop computer in the bag when passing through airport security checkpoints.

I got this backpack because I wanted something not too big, and lightweight. I recently got a Macbook Air (11 inch) and all of my other choices were either the sleeves or large backpacks. This is very lightweight, yet seems well made. Plenty of pockets for everything you need.

I bought this for my new HP Mini 311. It fits perfectly. It is not too large that my netbook slides around and not so small that I have to jam it in to make it fit. It has a velcro strap to hold the netbook in place, which makes it secure while still being easy to access when I'm ready to slide it out. It has plenty of room in the pockets for my power cords and accessories. I have not used it for airline travel yet, though I plan to do so in the next couple of weeks. The shoulder straps were easily adjustable to fit on my shoulders without being too tight or too loose and it feels very secure. It is lightweight and not too bulky and I think it will be the perfect size to slide under my seat. I am very happy with it and would recommend it.
