Comments about Manfrotto MSTRAP-1 Tripod Shoulder Strap:
Quite honestly I don't know why I didn't get this sooner. One of the biggest issues I have when going out in the field is dealing with my tripod. This is especially true when I do not want to bring my large backpack that I can strap my tripod to.
I found that the strap is comfortable, and positions the tripod in a balanced way on my back. I have found it easy to have both this and my camera's black rapid strap on at the same time. I have not yet figured out how to combine my sling bag and the tripod strap yet.
The strap is very durable and seems like it will take a decent beating. Good value with the price too.
As far as taking it on and off.. I see no issues. The clip attaches to the existing spot near the head, and then the Velcro loop goes around the legs. Easy on / Off.

Comments about Manfrotto MSTRAP-1 Tripod Shoulder Strap:
I own a tripod bag, and it serves its purpose... however, on a daily basis it is much easier to use the shoulder strap than the bag. The padded part is very comfortable and not only makes traveling with the tripod comfortable, it allows you to take better photos because you will actually have your tripod with you!

Comments about Manfrotto MSTRAP-1 Tripod Shoulder Strap:
Using this strap on a Manfrotto 190XB. Super easy to attach, clips easily to the area just below the tripod head (there is the mating clip on the frame of the pod). Bottom portion attaches tp the legs which makes for a very secure fit. I use a Vanguard GH-100 pistol grip ball head, so I have found it very comfortable to carry the tripod 'head down' after slinging the strap either over or across the shoulder(s). Strap itself seems very durable and appears to made to a high quality. Good purchase, priced very well @ B&H...

Comments about Manfrotto MSTRAP-1 Tripod Shoulder Strap:
I use this strap for Manfrotto 055CXPRO4. The strap is very well-made and confortable to use. It works well with the tripod. It can handle the weight of the tripod well and it feels solid.
I give its review 4 stars because it takes time to release the tripod from strap and it's not quite comfortable when use with backpack.

Comments about Manfrotto MSTRAP-1 Tripod Shoulder Strap:
Bought this to carry my Manfrotto 055XPROB tripod with 808RC4 head, the strap exceeds my expectation for quality and and materials. Due to the weight of the head I can only carry it with the head down, at first thought that would be ackward but it is actually very comfortable and practical that way.

Comments about Manfrotto MSTRAP-1 Tripod Shoulder Strap:
I bought this so I could pack my tripod with me easily and without any hassle. It's simple to use and easy to adjust. The padded shoulder strap is nice because it prevents the strap from digging into your shoulder. My only complaint is the clip is a little hard to take off, but that's a minor issue really.

wide strap is comfortable and fits great. The rubberized grips hold secure to the collapsed tripod legs and make transport easy.

Comments about Manfrotto MSTRAP-1 Tripod Shoulder Strap:
Very similar to the Manfrotto Carry Strap 3044. Easy to clip on and off the eye bolt on the tripod. Hoping the clip is sturdier than the one on the discontinued 3044 strap though. Material is much better than my old Bogen strap which frayed after a year or two's use around the grommets and the leg loop.

Easy and simple to use this little strap can greatly help when in a hurry. Tripods are always an awkward thing to lug around, but the shoulder strap greatly reduces the pain involved in carrying these thing around.

Comments about Manfrotto MSTRAP-1 Tripod Shoulder Strap:
Very good if you are going to carry your tripod around with you. Easy to use and works well for carring your tripod across your back. Also when not in use can stay atacked to your tripod so you have one less thing to keep up with.

Comments about Manfrotto MSTRAP-1 Tripod Shoulder Strap:
If you ever leave the studio with your tripod you will put this to good use. When hiking into the woods or along primitive trails I like to have both hands free to grab onto a tree for balance. I know there are a ton of backpacks with tripod toting systems but this is lightweight, quick to attach and quick to detach so you can set up your pod.

looks nice and is good for what it's meant to be used although it's a little bit difficult to open the carabiner because it's very small.
