I am a starting director of photography and generally someone addicted to making images.
I love the idea of being about to shoot long footages, a lot of footages, without having to worry about buffering time. Especially during events, sometimes you wished you had your camera ready and not buffering the video you just shot. This card is perfect for you, if this is how you make a use of your camera. It's fast 90mb/s, and it's reliable. I don't worry about information loss.
I have started using those for a year now an I love them.
I specifically only buy the 16 gig ones. Even though I shoot a lot, i only use a lot a 16gig cards. I think it's safer that way than having everything on a 32gig and whatnot. Also it's much faster when you want to transfer specific files quickly and show them to your clients.

As I said in my earlier review, this card worked great so long as it worked.
However, after no more than a couple of months, and maybe 10,000 images, the card completely failed.
I contacted SanDisk, and they said the card must have been subjected to "extreme conditions", but I don't think so. I never subjected this card to any different conditions than any of my other cards which have lasted me for years, so I guess the greater speed makes the card way more sensitive to something or other, though I can't guess what.

Work great, faster offload. Canon 5D capture is great, but no frame losses with the slower 60MB/s cards from Sandisk.

I use it got my DSLR video workflow. It works perfectly. I have tested other brands and those brands caused my camera to bog down and stop recording on multiple occasions. This is unacceptable, especially when trying to get a critical shot.

These things were about $ for a long time in Australia, it's only now that CF is slowly being phased out that they're at a decent price.I wouldn't complain so much about the cost if it weren't for how little difference there is between this and the SanDisk Extreme (red & black) version. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.That said, it's nice not to change cards after filling 8GB (like my 8GB Extreme), the 16GB fits a lot of files from a D700, the D800, I'm not so sure.It works as it should and you get a free run of SanDisk's 'RescuePro Deluxe' software for a year, although I've managed to never format a card that I haven't transferred to the PC first before.All in all a good card, now at a reasonable price.

This card shoots as advertised. I often shoot in Continuous Mode with my Nikon D700. Last night was the first shoot with my new 16GB card and the cache handles lots of images much better than my older 8GB SanDisk Pros. It is well worth the money not to have to wait around for the card write/read. Buy one. Now. You'll love the speed and efficiency.

I use this for still photography and shoot RAW+JPG. I can't believe how fast this down loads to computer. Where 200 photos would take minuets, this Extreme Pro takes only seconds. Plus 16gb lets me shoot over 2K pics.

Read/Write speed is fast and can keep up with when shooting multiple FPS in RAW. Have never had a SandDisk card fail and have been using them for years. With 16GB I never run out of memory before unloading, unless I am shooting video.

I use it with my 5D Mark II, and I have had no problems at all. Plenty of space, and plenty fast. I don't shoot video, so I can't vouch for that, but for photos, it works fantastically.
Faster uploading to my computer would be nice, but no big deal.

This card is fast enough but i was looking for a card that can read fast for a long exposure. since there wasn't any customer review about it except for how good quality and how fast is it so i decided to try this card and i was really disappointed with this card because it wasn't any better than my old Sandisk Extreme card. 30 min long exposure took near about 30 mins to write in this card very disappointed. If you are like me looking for a fast reading card for a long exposure picture then this card is not for you. For sport and other photography it is really good and fast.
