The Pelco EHX4E Explosion Proof Aluminum Enclosure meets NEMA Type 4X and IP66 standards for operating in explosion and dust-ignition prone environments. The front window is made of fully tempered plate glass. The cable entry is through two explosion proof sealable fittings. Being water-proof, the specialty enclosure can be effectively used in marine environments as well.
The camera and lens can be quickly adjusted with the mounting sled and track assembly. Once the desired field of view is achieved, the assembly can be locked securely in place.
This corrosion-resistant, explosion proof aluminum enclosure is compatible with a fixed mount or with a PT1260EX explosion-proof pan/tilt unit. Field-installed accessories such as sun shroud, heater, and blower are optionally available.
