The American Dynamics Color Dome Optima Camera with 242x zoom (22x optical, 11x digital) provides clear images with a resolution of 470 TVL. The Zoom Adjusted Programming automatically adjusts pan-and-tilt speeds proportionately to the zoom position. Red, green, and blue colors in an image are adjusted by taking a standard white color as the reference to get neutral 'true-to-life' colors, which results in optimal image quality. With auto gain control, the signal strength gets boosted whenever it drops, maintaining consistent video quality.
The dome camera supports Manchester, SensorNet, and RS-422 protocols, and also supports Unshielded Twisted Pair wiring video transmission which saves both wiring and installation costs. When the line-lock is enabled, vertical sync phase adjustment helps compensate for different phases of power. The Dome Optima Camera allows you to define up to 96 presets and also select the home position at your convenience. It has diagnostic LEDs for power, communication, network type, and failure mode, which along with Power-on Functional Tests, ease installation and service.
