I can just put it around my waist with my canon 5d Mark 2 and 24-70mmL , I used to expose my camera out, and it sometimes bumped into things and the camera it got marked, this is reason why I bought this bag. it turned out to be useful and convenient

Comments about Lowepro Outback 100 Modular Beltpack:
With my back suffering from carrying my gear in a backpack, I thought I would try a waist pack. I think for traveling it should work out well. I can't fit what I fit into the backpack, but it is a great tradeoff in convenience and back pain.

Comments about Lowepro Outback 100 Modular Beltpack:
I wanted to use this in my wedding photography instead of a vest to cary extra lenses but it's strapped wrong and is top heavy. It tips over at the top making me worried my lenses are going to fall out instead of concentrating on my subjects. Very disapointed.

Comments about Lowepro Outback 100 Modular Beltpack:
I bought this pack for my Pentax K-x. It was too large for the camera and bulkier than I thought. I thought I could use the waist strap like a shoulder strap but the way the bag is designed I couldn't. There is plenty of padding for the bag, and the ability to remove the lens pouches on the side was neat. It is a good bag, but I ended up returning it for a bag that better suited my camera.
