This bag has a pretty nice interface with interchangeable cushioned walls that you can organize the inside of the big with via velcro. I have an HV40 and it fits easily inside it but witht he additional tapes, charging cord, external microphone, and wide angle lens it is a tight fit. If you have a lot of accessories this bag is probably too small but it is great for recreational and amateur use.

Bought this bag for Canon HV40, it has lots of room, allows me to keep my wide angle lens and lens hood on while storing in the bag. Lots of dividers and pockets for batteries, filters, cables and charger. Also can separate the main compartment into two sections with a divider, so i can fit a Rode Video Mic on top of the camera in the bag. Very well put together and shoulder strap makes this bag very comfortable to carry around.
