The WK-200 from Casio is a portable electronic keyboard with 76 standard sized, piano-style keys. It comes with a vast array of 570 playable tones, 180 beats and rhythms, and 152 songs. There are built-in music lessons that can evaluate your performance, so you can gauge how you improve over time. It's an inexpensive, feature-rich instrument with a large, piano-like keyboard.
There are multiple reverb and chorus effects built into the WK-200 to sweeten the sound, and a metronome to help you stay in time. A USB port lets you connect to a computer to transfer MIDI data. A microphone input allows you to plug in and amplify your voice, and a standard mini-plug input lets you connect an MP3 player or CD player allowing you to play along with your favorite songs. The keyboard can operate via AC power or by 6 standard D batteries (AC adapter and batteries not included).

Comments about Casio WK-200 - 76 Key Portable Keyboard with Piano-Style Keys:
We purchased this keyboard to practice piano for a pageant. We got rid of our large, bulky piano years ago; and wanted a smaller replacement. I am amazed at the quality vs. price! The keys feel very piano-like, and the sound is amazing. It's a GREAT substitute if you don't want to spend tons of money.

I am a beginner with respect to playing the keyboard and the WK-200 fits my needs to a "T". Easy to use, with built in music lessons, sampling, accompaniment, touch sensitive response and good tone, the WK-200 is an outstanding value at around $200. This product is a lot of fun to use!

Easy to install .Sounds great.I am however suprised that the power adapter did not come with it and had to be purchased seperately... that was frankly silly.

There are a lot of buttons! Lots to learn besides just learning how to play the piano which is why this was purchased. Will just take some time to learn all of the functions/keys/capabilities of this keyboard.
Comments about Casio WK-200 - 76 Key Portable Keyboard with Piano-Style Keys:
This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my niece, and my sister just called to let me know that it came without a power cord. She called all over the place to try and find where to purchase one, but no one could help her. What good is a keyboard if it doesn't have a power cord? I'm hoping that B&H takes care of this problem. Otherwise I would not recommend purchasing this, because it appears to run on batteries that only last 4 hours when the keyboard is in use.

For the price, you can't go wrong. My 6 year old son discovered how to do most everything without even reading the manual! He loves to use it and the best part is being able to record and connect to other audio sources. A great buy!

Comments about Casio WK-200 - 76 Key Portable Keyboard with Piano-Style Keys:
For a family learning to play and/or remembering how to play it's a great tool and toy. It would be great if it had removable memory, but that feature appears to be the next model up. Otherwise the features will keep us busy for some time. The accompanying learn-to-play book and equipment lesson feature was a pleasant surprise as it wasn't anything we paid attention to in advance. It's light, portable, has decent action, decent sound and lots of room for two people to play side by side. Note that the power cord is not included. We had to order seperately from Casio.
