Comments about DiCAPac WP-711 Waterproof Case:
I'm using this case while visiting Florida. This case has protected my camera from water and sand and enabled my camera to function underwater. It's great! The case offers a simple and cost effective solution for documenting underwater scenes. The viewfinder does not seem all that necessary. The border of the viewfinder obscures shots when my camera slides to the sides of the case. Also, I'm already seeing scratches on the viewfinder. The one good thing about the viewfinder is that it is stiffer than the case, reducing the light/image distortion that would occur from waves in the bag. Generally, I like the product and will continue using it.

Comments about DiCAPac WP-711 Waterproof Case:
I ordered this case because it was the size recommended for my Fuji FinePix Z3 camera. It sounded like such a great idea to use while scuba diving. Unfortunately, even though it seemed to work OK on the surface, I was unable to turn the camera on under the pressure of the water. There was nothing I could do to move the switch, so I was unable to take any pictures, which was a big disappointment. However, the camera did stay dry, which is something, I guess.
