With 3200 lumens at a contrast ratio of 1000:1 the Canon REALiS WUX10 Mark II is one of the company's top of the line projectors. It improves on the already highly acclaimed LCoS (Liquid Crystal on Silicon) imaging technology with the company's own proprietary AISYS (Aspectual Illumination System). AISYS increases both brightness and contrast together. It never sacrifices one for the other. And only Canon has it.
The REALiS WUX10 Mark II accepts HDMI v 1.3a signals. These signals can contain literally billions of colors, which is far more than the human eye can perceive. What good is that? It increases color accuracy and vividness and smoothes out color banding that can sometimes occur even from high definition sources. The images the REALiS WUX10 Mark II projects through its 1.5x zoom lens have to be seen to be believed.
The REALiS WUX10 Mark II makes an excellent corporate and scientific display. Its WUXGA (1920 by 1200) aspect ratio exactly matches those of many of today's wide screen notebook displays.
It's also fully controllable over a network through its RJ45 (Ethernet) jack and its compliance with SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol). One centralized PC can manage a whole fleet of projectors. And you can even have them email you when certain conditions exist, like a bulb is nearing the end of its useful life.
This is a truly international machine from its 100 to 240 V AC 50/60 Hz power supply to its support for NTSC, NTSC 4.43, PAL, PAL-N, PAL-M, and SECAM. And of course it supports high definition from 720p up to 1080p. In the classroom, lecture hall or lab the REALiS WUX10 Mark II is a projector like no other.
