The PalmGuard 15 from Moshi protects the palm-rests on your MacBook Pro 15" Unibody from dust, grease, stains, and scratches. The semi-rigid film is form-fitted to the MacBook, providing a nearly flush appearance. A separate trackpad film protector also prevents damage to your trackpad. It's easy to attach the PalmGuard, and when you remove it, it doesn't leave any sticky residue behind. Keep your MacBook in perfect condition using the PalmGuard.

I like the design, it fits very well and leaves no residue if you want to remove it. I know this cause my partner has one and he had to adjust it to put on a case and it did no leave any sticky gum on his computer. Great Product!

Comments about Moshi PalmGuard 15 (Unibody, Silver):
This is not as smooth a finish as the macBook itself. But I have oily skin, so this definitely protects the mousepad and palm area. I was worried that the mousepad would not have the same sensitivity. But no problems. Easy to apply and doesn't detract from the computer's good looks.

Comments about Moshi PalmGuard 15 (Unibody, Silver):
The "palm rest" portion of the product is solid. It matches the color of the device, as advertised. I think the material is a little on the thick side, but that is not a big issue. It keeps the palm area clean and allows your hands to easily move across the surface while typing. The trackpad portion, though, is a little overkill, as the material is too thick for this function, and it hinders the use of the trackpad. The normal trackpad surface allows fingers to float with nary an issue. The PalmGuard material, while not really hurting finger detection, does make gliding across the trackpad a tiny bit more unwieldy than necessary. After 3 days, I simply removed that portion. The standard apple trackpad surface is just too good to even toss this minor impediment into the mix. Still, overall, it is a solid product. Installation was easy and did not require special application tools/liquids that other products may require. I had the Zagg Invisishield product on the laptop initially, but the drastic change in texture was off-putting for the palm area of the laptop. Neither are solid for the trackpad, though I admit this PalmGuard would be better if you just can't live with exposing the trackpad to dirty, oily fingers for years.
