this player is ideal for the small church. not too complicated so techs can learn it quickly (literally two pages of instructions), cd doesn't auto play when inserted and can be set to play only a single track -- these two attributes alone will eliminate most performance errors regularly seen in churches. vocalists will love the additional pitch control feature enabling a song to fit perfectly within the vocalist's range. the tech will love the cue feature during choir practice. hit the cue button and instantly return to that point until everyone has learned their part. the only possible drawback for many churches is this unit really needs be rack mounted. the top unit is only about 4" deep and thus if not rack mounted, slips around and does not allow for additional sound units to be stacked on top. For this church, this unit included all the features plus some at a fantastic price.
