The RPG Diffusor Systems Abffusor is a sound absorption, phase grating panel that eliminates flutter echoes and standing waves without affecting the natural ambiance within recording control rooms, rehearsal spaces, home theaters, etc.
The Abffusor uses patented reflection phase grating technology with sound diffusion from a series of divided reflective wells of equal width and different depths. The Abffusor may be wall mounted, mounted onto T-bar drop-ceiling frames or stand freely with optional hard-wood stand mounts.
- Provides sound diffusion from a series of divided reflective wells of equal width and different depths
- Absorption efficiency extends below that of a traditional flat porous absorber
- Offers efficient glancing angle reflection control and near field diffusion to create a natural sounding, attractive room treatment
