American Dynamics Vx Client Software Standard Mode

The American Dynamics ADNSVXCVWC Vx Client Software supports the ability to organize cameras through individual NVRs or single logical NVRs. It also supports two or three-tier, single-site login architectures. Multiple standard/megapixel cameras can be viewed per monitor from multiple NVRs on a single Vx client workstation. You can easily view various locations using map-based monitoring.

This remote management software integrates with American Dynamics analog CCTV keyboards. Cameras can switch to a multi-camera view on the local monitor or a single-camera view on a remote VMx Agent monitor. The software also provides Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) control of network cameras.

The Vx Client dynamically configures cameras across multiple VideoEdge NVRs. The configuration parameters include names, IDs, resolutions, frame-rates, PTZ presets, recording modes, and more. Its built-in VoIP function is designed to enable two or more Vx Clients to communicate through audio and instant messaging over the network, without entering a remote third party server.

The Vx Client has an option of logging onto any NVR directly or centrally through the Cx site manager (optional). You can also view, control, and manage NVRs over the LAN, WAN, VPN, and Internet. The software also enables you to define the maximum Frames Per Second (FPS) rate when viewing live videos for each camera layout.
