This paper safe is perfect for the job of keeping my unexposed paper easily accessible in the darkroom. It has made printing so much easier!
It is super light weight, and at first I feared that it might be of inferior quality but that is not at all the case. The velcro closures hold the cover firmly in place, and when I need a sheet of paper, they release with a firm tug.

I bought this product to store and use my 8x10 paper in the darkroom. Unfortunately, I was so excited to load my paper into the paper safe that I forgot to turn off the lights before I took the paper out the package. Now I have to buy more paper.

I purchased several hundred sheets of photographic paper, and decided that I wanted to have a paper safe to store some or all of the paper in. This safe provides a level of quality consistent with the price of the product. The velcro used to secure the lid in a closed position is probably sufficient if the safe is just going to be kept on a tabletop. Personally, it doesn't have the strength I would like.
The hinge mechanism of the safe is designed so that it won't deteriorate with usage. The inside seams of the safe appear to be consistently cemented and likely to provide good protection against accidental exposure of light-sensitive materials.
