We are just a regular family who needed a new computer for the basics of web surfing, communication & pictures, audio & video and some basic work from home stuff with office apps. I don't know a lot about computers so I read a bunch online about what to look for in a new computer. This computer had it all & for a super price. I read reviews online about it from Computer Sites & Magazines and it got great reviews. It was super easy to set up, it runs super fast, I really like Windows 7 & it is just been a piece of cake & really great.

Nice, fast machine. Windows 7 is very good, similar to XP. No complaints so far. Anything more I would want from this tower I could have received by buying a more expensive one. For the money, this machine is great. Not for gaming!

Used as personal PC. Seems to work fine and quickly for all my needs. Loaded software is most irritating - i.e. HP/Compaq Help - not needed. Norton updates and website 'safety checks' - not needed. Easily disabled. This is a 'near bare bones' performance computer for everyday use and well worth the [$]. Has all the peripheral orifices you'll ever need unless ur into USB 'lava lamps' or other uneccessary crapola. ALthough it has its annoying moments, W7 is tolerable although not network savy w/ XP or below (unless you are very tech savy).Has the memory and storage of higher-priced PCs and all you should ever need for the next 5yrs. I have used AMD chips for almost 10y now. I couldn't tell you what the diff is except that many brainwashed teckies may tell you intel is the only way to go.Just a regular consumer who is very satisfied with product. Would buy many more if I needed them.Bottom line: Don't spend $ on crapola you don't need! Especially extra orifices - be happy with what god gave you!
