This Gitzo C Profile Quick Release Adapter for Series 3, 4 & 5 is very lightweight, compact and features a new lever-operated lock for increased safety. It's compatible with all C profile QR Gitzo plates and attaches with a 3/8" bolt. It's constructed from "noir decor" powder-coated magnesium. Included is a medium-length square QR C profile plate and an anti-dust bag for storage and packing.

I use this adapter for my 8x10 setup. It attaches very securely and with the correct size plate is very secure. Attachment is easy. The plate locks in place, but releases easily for removal.
