- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

its very easy to use. I have used a notebook before however this notebook is very simple and you don't even need to read the instructions (which is brilliant). You plug it in to charge for 6-8 hours and turn the notebook on. It installs all necessary programs initially and then you all ready to use teh laptop as you wish.
Its very light weight, so its easy to rest on your lap or to take with you when you are travelling. Its slimline and looks very professional, so i am confident to have the laptop out when I have vistitors over.
The screen is clear and the keyboard is effective and the perfect size (not too small and not too big).
