- It's simple and easy: log onto www.Sagemaxprotectionplan.com, submit your claim, and print a pre-paid shipping label; or call Sagemax and they will send one to you.
- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

I've owned at least 4 laptops in the last 10 years and you shouldn't buy a laptop, or desktop for that matter, without an extended warranty. By their very nature, laptops are more prone to problems - all that hardware crammed into a tiny space that gets carried around and moved. So extending a warranty as long as possible is invaluable. Too bad we can't get extended warranties on software.
