- No Lemon Policy
- If your product requires a fourth qualified repair for the same defect, NEW will replace it with a like model at no additional cost to you - or your original purchase price is refunded (including tax).
- In-House Repair Service
- If the original manufacturer warranty covers in-house repair service, NEW will honor the in-house service for the duration of this protection plan.

I bought the warranty 2-Year Protection Plan by SAGEMAX NEW for my PC, but when I needed could not fix my computer.
My computer had a fall and broke the LCD screen. I took the Technical Assistance SONY authorized, but did not find the part for replacement. Brazil reported that Sony had no part to spare. So for me is for nothing have hired a 2-Year Protection Plan by SAGEMAX NEW. If the part is only for replacement in the U.S., I have to go back to New York to fix my PC. But if I have to go back I can use the warranty from Sony itself. So, here in Brazil still helpless warranty. Just spent money and did not work out.
