Comments about Tenba Messenger Camera Bag (Black):
This bag, when organized the way I want it, holds my Canon 5D2, a tele zoom and four primes, in many different configurations. I could carry another body or an additional small SLR system. They are easy to get to, and I can change lenses inside the bag. The generous side pockets will hold bulky hoods or even lenses for quick changes. My first bag had a zipper that wasn't fully sewn on, but B&H cheerfully switched it, as would Tenba in the unlikely event you have a problem.

Comments about Tenba Messenger Camera Bag (Black):
Holds Canon 5D2, 20-200 zoom and four primes with lots of room for another body and lenses. The layout and carrying comfort are excellent. Based on having to send the first bag back to B&H, I may need to have my shoe repair guy put in beefier zippers. Please know, though, that [...] and Tenba stand by the product. You can send any defective bag back [...]

Comments about Tenba Messenger Camera Bag (Black):
It seems like I need a new Tenba every 10 years. Nearly everyday use.
Weak spots on my old bag (zippers, strap rings) have been fixed, and upgraded to a high degree. Large cameras and lenses are a bit snug in the compact design.

Comments about Tenba Messenger Camera Bag (Black):
This bag is FANTASTIC!! Not too bulky and not too small. Nice size and it holds a lot. Plenty of compartments and zipper pouches for any of your needs. I was also very impressed with the actual quality of the bag -- very well made. Love the zipper on top of the bag for easy access to your camera without showing all the lenses/equipment you have stored inside.

Comments about Tenba Messenger Camera Bag (Black):
I just did my own shoot out with four camera bags, all in the same category of messenger/ Reporter shoulder style bags. While they are all good these days, the Tenba messenger was the one for me. My priorities are organization, easy to get to, and padding. This bag had the best of these three categories then the others I looked at. I came close to keeping the Kata 440, but this one just was a bit more compact to carry, and more compartmentalized. I use this bag for my essential gear for on the go small jobs and hobby work. Editorials for magazines and on location portraits and weddings. One pro body with 24-70 attached and three other lenses with hoods, two pro flashes and gary fong diffusers, batteries, flash cards, tape, note pad and pens, rocket blower and cloth, and three filters. with a little room to spare. I liked the Think tank Retro 20, but not enough room or padding for my liking. It all depends what you want to use it for, and how much gear you want to carry. This is my essential go to bag. I have to note that I do not carry my 70-200 2.8 in it, and have it in its own lens case that I keep separate. I mainly use my 70-200 for sports and have a back pack for that type of shooting.
My only complaint: Coud use a zipper to secure main compartment when stored, and some padding for the top lid would finish it off. Minor details that didnt keep me from keeping it.
