It powers my Panasonic HMC80 for about 1-1/2 hours, and I find I go through two or three of these on an all-day shoot. Reliable, easy to use and all that, but I will be upgrading to the 5800 mAh version soon for longer running time. Charging time about what you'd expect from LiIon, not a problem if you have two or three of them to swap out.
