Comments about Apple 21.5" iMac Desktop Computer:
Until a few years ago always used Windows machines and was fed up. Mac program reliability is a major bonus for me. No more constant rebuilds of old systems, software issues, or bulky components. The Mac gives it all to you in an easy to set up, self contained system. I game a little but primarily use the system to store and edit the massive amount of photos that I take. The system works great for both these applications.

Comments about Apple 21.5" iMac Desktop Computer:
Finally upgrading from my 5-year-old PC (custom built Lenovo/IBM thing) and wondered why - as a photographer who dabbles in other creative ventures - why I never tried a Mac. This thing is amazing and to think I can actually pack it up and take it with me if I want.
It's taken a week or so to get used to, coming from Windows, but I love it.
Of course they just came out with the 'new' ones right after I bought it, but this one has a great ATI card and a processor that will last for years. The 4gig is fine even for HD video, and you can upgrade to more later.
The best part might be the awesome HD resolution display. Wowwwwwww. Sound is great too; sounds just as good as my PC's stand-alone speakers.
The magic mouse is a great bonus; I love the multi-touch. Wish the mouse was bigger for my huge hands (but none are)

I have been a PC user my entire life. I have always wondered how well the Apples work. I made the leap in faith when I continued to hear how well the Mac worked with Photoshop. The installation was seamless. I could not believe how easy the system accepted my old printer, found the drivers on line and started printing. Every PC I have ever owned has been a struggle. WOW! The screen is beautiful, the programs are easy to install and delete. I have made the decision to convert my entire house to Apples.

Very fast and extremely quiet. I use this for music production and so far it is able to handle everything I throw at it! Coming from a PC it did take me a little while to get adjusted but now that I am, I think its fantastic.

Comments about Apple 21.5" iMac Desktop Computer:
The iMac is so efficient in design that we have reduced all the clutter of multiple wire and my office looks so much cleaner and more organized. I run both OS10 and Windows 7 with Parallels. The iMac may be the best Windows platform available and using Snow Leopard for my photos is amizing.

Comments about Apple 21.5" iMac Desktop Computer:
I FIND THE COMPUTER EASY TO USE HAVING SWITCHED FROM A PC.
THE TUTORIALS MAKE IT EASY TO GET UP AND RUNNING QUICKLY.
THE ONLY ISSUE SO FAR IS THAT THE OPERATING SYSTEM IS SO NEW THAT I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOME SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS TO UPDATE TO SNOW LEOPARD.
