The Kino Flo Visual Effects 4' Blue 420nm Blue Lamp (Uncoated) displays a narrow band of the spectrum in the range of 420nm which is ideal for blue screen applications. The lamp is far preferable to tungsten lamps which introduced red contamination in the 670-800nm range making a pure blue difficult to attain and color balancing less than optimal.
