GoPro's RC HERO On-Board Video Camera for RC Vehicles captures video and stills on land, sea, or air. Just mount the RC HERO to your remote control car, plane, boat, or other RC powered vehicles and you're ready to capture video from angles you've never seen. The camera can be used for more than just your RC vehicles though - use it in any tight place that you want to record.
The RC HERO captures Internet ready AVI video and 5MP stills using a 5MP CMOS sensor. And you can record up to 1 hour and 52 minutes to an optional 4GB SDHC card and enjoy a 3 hour battery life on a single charge. You can also record 5MP photos every second for up to 3 hours for an awesome photo montage of your adventures. Other neat features of the RC HERO include a housing that's waterproof up to 100 ft (30m) and 'upside down' mode for shooting righted video upside down.

- Quick release mounting makes it easy to attach the RC HERO to different locations and different devices. Several adhesive mounts come included with the camcorder for multiple mounting options

- The RC HERO comes with a tough polycarbonate housing to protect your camera from jumps, flips, rolls, and crashes. Even in the biggest crash, the RC HERO will stay on and keep filming
- Waterproof Housing
- The housing is waterproof up to 100 ft (30m) for awesome underwater recording
- 'Upside Down' Mode
- Mount the camera in the cockpit or under the fuselage of your remote control plane for airborne recording. The 'upside down' mode flips the recorded image for installations that require the camera to be mounted upside down
- NTSC/PAL Switchable
- Features a switchable NTSC/PAL output for watching recorded video directly from the camcorder on your NTSC or PAL analog television
