Comments about Whirlwind podMIX Passive Mixer:
I use this to play music over arena PA systems for kids hockey games. Works great as all we have available to us is an XLR mic, simply hook this up with an iPod/iPad and away you go.
I always use it with a line out dock connector, NOT THE HEADPHONE JACK, and it works 100%. The gain adjustment on the line in is great for making sure the sound is not over powering.
Excellent compact design.
