The XM Dock & Play Home Kit lets you connect your compatible XM satellite radio to any existing stereo system or set of powered speakers, without having to get a second subscription. The kit includes the Home Dock, an indoor/outdoor home antenna, a stereo audio cable, home power adapter, and a user guide.

I needed to be able to use my XM radio in my home, and this device allows me to do this. I did not have to pay shipping or tax which is an advantage of buying in a store or another merchant. I did have to buy another cable, however, to be able to use it with my new boom box.

I purchased this unit so that I could transport my Onyx radio from my car to my home. This is exactly what I was looking for and it is portable enough so I could pack it in my suitcase and take it on vacation with me (not that I have yet). I am an avid baseball fan so keeping up with MLB channel on XM is a big deal to me while I am away from home. Thanks for the great product.

I use the dock and play radio to connect the XM radio I use in my car to my home audio system. It's a snap to hook up and works great. You need unobstructed access to the Northern Sky or else reception will be a problem.
