Comments about Iogear 2-Port DVI KVMP Switch with Cables:
I use this kvm switch to go between two desktop computers. One has all of my personal business info and programs, the other is my expermental computer.
The reason I give this switch 5 stars is that in works perfectly with my Logitech MX5500 Blue Tooth keyboard/mouse combo.
I had problems with other switches being able to use both the keyboard and mouse.
I have not found a bad thing about this product.

Comments about Iogear 2-Port DVI KVMP Switch with Cables:
I use this product at home and also connect my office laptop when home. I use this with the Logitech Wireless K 800 Keyboard and the M705 Wireless mouse. It took me a while to make all of this work but it works like a charm. The only thing I do not like is that I cannot toggle from one computer to another using my Wireless Keyboard as the emulation does not work and need to physically use the switch in front of the KVM switch to switch between m/c's. Apart from that I love everything else about it.
Comments about Iogear 2-Port DVI KVMP Switch with Cables:
This is an update to my previous review. Most of the time, I use this product on my Mac systems. However, yesterday, I've been trying to install system updates on my Window 7 system which I also have installed on my MacPro (using Bootcamp).
Every time I tried to run updates for Windows 7, the system would hang. Since I never had issues with Windows 7 before I installed the IOGear DVI DVMP switches, I disconnected the switches and plugged the monitor and keyboard/mouse directly to the computer and the updates worked without a problem. Plugging the switches back in brought back the problem again.
So, at this point, I'm installing all the Windows 7 updates before I plug the switches back on again. Good thing I don't use the Windows 7 system that much and do updates to it even less often.

Comments about Iogear 2-Port DVI KVMP Switch with Cables:
Works like it is supposed to. Switching is fast and set-up was painless. Using with two Dell computers (one XP and one Ubuntu), an Apple keyboard, and a Logitch wireless mouse - all worked first time with no fuss.

Comments about Iogear 2-Port DVI KVMP Switch with Cables:
Works just as easy as making the connections. Windows 7 - no problem. Short cut keys ( quick double tap of scroll then enter- and you switch between the two computers. You can have one set of speakers for both computers (the cables are built in). AS long as you have one connector to go from the monitor to their box ( same for keyboard and mouse) you are set. I am using DVI - and one computer is XP, the other is Win 7. I like the fact that it has it's own power supply. And if you use a master switch, you can put the power supply with that. My master switch goes to a UPS, so no worry there. Use it, you'll like it - and the one question I had was answered promptly by their tech support after a morning phone call. Couldn't ask for more.
