The Rosco 6 x 6" Trucolor IR Filter can solve the problem generated by digital sensors when using neutral density filters. Digital sensors are, by nature, sensitive to infrared light and often corrupted even more when neutral density filters are applied. The resulting "wash out" of color can leave the shot flat and unbalanced. The Trucolor filter re-saturates the image, restoring color to its proper balance.
- Restores color saturation when you use neutral density filters
- Particularly useful with the Red One and similar cameras
- Sharp cut-offs below 390nm and above 720nm restore the balance of visible and invisible light reaching the camera sensors
