I bought this with my 5d Mark II and was pleasantly surprised to see that I can take over 500 RAW files on this card. This means its enough to act as my only card for the day and I don't need to worry about space as I'm shooting. As far as speed goes I haven't really tested how well it performs because I don't use it for sports.

Comments about Delkin Devices 16GB CompactFlash Memory Card Pro 450x UDMA:
A good and inexpensive card for HD video on a my Canon 7D. A lot of cards are rated for speeds some cameras don't even write at so the extra money is essentially wasted. I'd recommend figuring out what your speeds are and getting a couple of these if they work for your camera. I've shot stills and video on multiple occasions with these cards now and I have yet to have any issues.

I can't believe how much cheaper these have gotten. My first 16 GB card saw a Sandisk and I paid over $150.00 for it. This is a steal nowadays. Works just like its supposed to.

I own four of these cards and for years counted on them for reliability. Great for short videos, photo shoots and digital recorders. Have never let me down.

I shoot sports frequently and am always filling up cards fast! This card lets me shoot at least until half time before I max out the card. It writes files fast and is incredibly durable. Way better than SD cards by far in my humble opinion.

Nice to have a card with a lot of capacity. Shooting RAW images and multi bird exposures can fill a card fast and this card is fast.

I have Trendscend 16gb 133x cards and just bought these to see if they offload quicker. It is a great price... so I'm not overly upset, but expected it to offload quicker than my 133x cards.
Tested on my D3. Took rapid fire shots and filled the buffer. Delkin cards took about 22 seconds to off load and so did the Transcend. Now this wasn't an official test, but expected a bit faster if not a lot faster.
Either way I hear Delkin cards are more reliable, so I'm sticking with them anyhow.

This is my second purchase from Delkin. The first was CDR's for archiving my photographs. The quality of ther products shines through. Speed, accuracy, no corrupted files. I would recommend their products to anyone.

the write speed is more than fast enough for video. When the card starts getting full, the camera (Canon 7D) is prone to slipping back into standby mode.

Comments about Delkin Devices 16GB CompactFlash Memory Card Pro 450x UDMA:
Use is mainly in a Canon 7D camera. I have used other Delkin UDMA CF cards in the past and find the brand to be reliable. The 7D does not work well with slow CF cards and the Delkin UDMA cards are fast. Copying files from the cards to the computer is also fast. Having experienced problems with other brands of CF card, I will only purchase Delkin cards in the future. No complaints about this product.

Pro phptographer, this card lasts for a whole day of shooting. Great speed won't slow down the camera. My existing high speed UDMA I card reader doesn't read the card but my 5 year old reader does. Go figure. I orderd a new usb 3 card reader also, it is supposed to work with uDMA 6 . I don't have it yet though. The chip was a great price also. I really like dealing a company with a real store front. The internet is great but thsre is no substitute for real people. Thx

I used to have a Sandisk 16Gb UDMA 60mo/sec. After a year, it slowed down and I had to send it back to get a product replacement. This delkin card didn't let me down and has a greater speed. It's a must.

Comments about Delkin Devices 16GB CompactFlash Memory Card Pro 450x UDMA:
I found out the hard way that Delkin advertisements are misleading. I bought what I thought was a 16GB CF card @ 66MB/s. What I got was 16GB CF @ 66MB/s READ and 33MB/s WRITE. I own a Canon 7D which is has a very fast capture rate. Which is why I wanted a fast write speed. Other than that I have no problems with this product. check [@]

I use this in my 7d and it allows me to shoot about 90 continuous pictures but takes 25 seconds to finish writing before I can take more pics. But lets face it, if you don't own a 7d your simply not able to take pictures fast enough to stall / delay your memory card
