Ikelite Superwide Mounting Body for 2-lock or 4-lock Port Systems
This Ikelite Superwide Port Body is for mounting the 8" Dome Assembly (5510.40) onto Ikelite digital SLR housings. This mount is for very wide lenses like the Nikon 10.5mm and Sigma 15mm fisheye lenses. The dome is positioned at the closest position, but super-wide 180° lenses may still exhibit slight vignetting in the corners.
This port body is compatible with Ikelite digital SLR housing that have the 2-lock or 4-lock Port System. Low profile port locks (9072.24) must be installed on the housing. These lower profile port locks can be used with any Ikelite port.

Along with the very low profile design of the 5510.10, the Ikelite 5510.11 is exactly what I need. I love the new locking arm. I found out during my first dive with it, that I felt much more trusting with the design than the older 5510.10 design!!! It works with my older 2 lock housings and also the new 4 lock housings, so when I upgrade I won't have to rebuy a new port-body! Its the perfect mounting body for super-wide angle lenses!!!
