The TS-1 On-Site Installation & Technical Support from For.A provides one day of on-site technical support for all For.A products. This support includes training in operations and set-up of equipment; It is not intended to offer end-user installation of products.
The expense of travel and lodging may be added to this price, pending the details of the support request, unless additional days of support are ordered. Extra days of support coverage may be added in one-day blocks by purchasing, as needed, the following support policy: TS-2 Additional Day of On-Site Installation & Technical Support.
