The TS-2 Additional Day of On-Site Installation & Technical Support from For.A provides one extra day of on-site technical support for all For.A products. It is intended to add extra days of support coverage when purchased in conjunction with TS-1 On-Site Installation & Technical Support. You may add as many days of this coverage as required to cover your needs. Charges are calculated in one-day blocks.
This support includes training in operations and set-up of equipment; It is not intended to offer end-user installation of products. The expense of travel and lodging may be added to this price, pending the details of the support request.
